First time staying here and honestly, a great experience overall. The room is solid — clean, comfortable, and more than good enough to rest after a long day out. Location is a big plus too, right in the heart of Chinatown, so food spots, cafes, and public transport are all within walking distance.
What really stood out was the service. Big shoutout to Acung, Siti, and Adim for going above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That kind of service makes a difference.
Definitely recommended, especially if you want a central location with good vibes.

This hotel is very cost-effective in this area. Especially, the location is ideal for walking access to Chinatown's attractions. Above all, the staff is very friendly. When I stayed, staff members named "Acung" & “Aa Dim” were very friendly. When I had a problem, they were patient and solved it without losing their smile until it was fully resolved. I would like to commend them very much.

Highly recommended if u looking for stay in KL as it located nearby to the public transport which is super convenient.

Overall, satisfied with the service given by Aadim & Aacung. Both are very friendly and even giving me a big big smile on the face which made me feel welcoming. Thank you D loft hotel. Surely will visit & choose to stay here again.

We had a very smooth check in thanks to the receptionist, Acung. He was super polite, professional and extremely kind to us. The rooms are great, new, very clean and the location is perfect for seeing KL. Thanks to Acung and the team for their hospitality and kindness, we will be back again and I will recommend this to my friends when they travel here.

Very conveniently located near the LRT MTR station, just 2min walk. Rooms are clean and in good condition, with the exception of the wifi not working which was disappointing. Friendly check in staff Acung at the front desk.
