All reservations made through our website are subject to the following policy:
1. Non-Refundable Booking
All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations
- No refunds for no-shows
- No refunds for early check-out
Once payment is successfully made, the booking is considered final.
2. Cancellation & No-Show
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show
- The full booking amount will be charged
3. Amendment Policy
Changes to booking dates are:
- Not guaranteed
- Subject to room availability
- May incur additional charges
4. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, offer:
- Date change
- Booking credit
Strictly no monetary refunds will be provided.
