In accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 by the Government of Malaysia, a Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night will be imposed on all foreign guests / non-Malaysian citizens staying at our hotel.
Exemption
The following guests are exempted from Tourism Tax:
- Malaysian Citizens (MyKad holders)
- Malaysian Permanent Residents (MyPR holders)
Important Notes
- Tourism Tax is charged per room per night
- The tax amount is not included in room rates unless otherwise stated
- Tourism Tax shall be collected during:
- Check-in
- Check-out
- Or via online booking platform (if applicable)
- Guests required pay at hotel counter reception
Guests may be required to present valid identification or passport upon check-in for verification purposes.
